I enjoy sharing my love of zhineng qigong. It is such a deep and beautiful practice, of continuous discovery. Happy to meet you on your journey and share what I've learned :) I am certified to teach Level 1 and Level 2 practices.
Experience & Qualifications
I have been learning Qigong for many years but zhineng qigong for 6 years. I studied for 3 years under Master Mingtong, completed level 1 teacher training at the Xian centre in 2024, level 2 training with Master Zhu over 2025, studied higher consciousness practice on retreat with Master Jianshe in 2025, and currently in the 2026 course with Master Zhu on high level gong fu.
