I am an elderly lady who enjoys Qigong in every aspect. My intention is to introduce this to as many others as is possible. I have been teaching for 22 years. I have been taught by Ian Naylor, Gordon Faulkener, Tina Faulkner- Elders, and Master Chen from Wudang. My main reason for teaching is for my class to enjoy Peace and tranquillity whilst gaining health and vitality.
