I enjoy Qi Gong and the health benefits I receive from it every day.
I have been doing Zhineng Qi gong with Sue Ashwell and started with Ron Rain nine year ago. I have done seminars with Master Liu at Oakwood and in Saint Louis MO. I also did a workshop with Master Xie at Oakwood. I did online classes with Britta for two years.
