Gratis zelfhulp ondersteuning voor mensen met kanker. Zhineng Qigong als aanvulling op reguliere therapie en bij gebrek aan hoop in een palliatieve fase. Besides being a professional Judo and Ju Jitsu instructor i started to teach Zhineng Qigong in 2008 and Tai Chi Quan in 2010. Up to my retirement in 2023 i enjoyed giving lessons to about a 1000 students ranging from 4 to 84 years old. I also enjoyed numerous workshops and courses i did with teachers like Anne Hering, teacher Tao and teacher Xie, teachers Helen Qing Zhang and Carl Fu Chun Qiu, Master Wei Qifeng. In 2026 i discoverd the Life Changer teachings of Master Liu and his team and savor the regular gatherings in the qi field organised by Wabke Bouman and Heather Bourne.
