In 2015 I began a weekly training zhineng Qigong and was enthousiastic about the good results it gave me and I would like to share the feeling with other people. Therefore I started in 2021 the teachertraining level 1 and after finishing, started giving lessons and workshops. Then I started the teachertraining voor level 2 and after that level 3.
Experience & Qualifications
Zhineng Qigong practise since 2015, from 2021 education to become teacher and gave 2 or 3 lessons per week. In 2024 I got all the certicates for level 1,2 and 3. In 2024 I also followed the practise of teacher Ning with Anne Hering (beginners and advanced). As from medio 2025 I paused the lessons because of my other work and also my personal daily practise. Now I am searching for a new way to integrate zhineng qigong again in my life and get my own practise in order again. I follow the 8-day training of master Liu with Anne also in 2025 and 2026. I am happy with this app, it helps reminding me and its good to be in the field.
