App Owner

My Qigong is brought to you by the "Zhineng Qigong Students Hub", owned and operated by Gate Triple 8 Limited, Room 409, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Qigong ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

The App provides general wellness information and Qigong practice support for educational and informational purposes only. The content, including audio guides, videos, quotes, and teacher profiles, is not intended as medical advice and does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new physical or wellness practice, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.

3. No Liability for Health Outcomes

My Qigong and its operators expressly disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or damage — physical, psychological, or otherwise — arising from your use of the App or participation in any practice, workshop, or event facilitated through the App. You participate entirely at your own risk.

4. Platform Editorial Discretion & Right of Refusal

My Qigong operates as a curated platform and reserves the absolute right, at its sole and unfettered discretion, to:

• Approve, reject, remove, or suspend any teacher profile, event listing, audio submission, course, promotional material, or any other content or submission made to the platform, without prior notice and without being required to provide a reason;
• Revoke an approved teacher's listing or event at any time if My Qigong determines, in its sole judgment, that the listing no longer meets the platform's standards, values, or guidelines;
• Decline any application for listing or participation from any individual or organisation, for any reason or no reason;
• Modify, limit, or withdraw access to any feature of the platform for any user or contributor at any time.

Such decisions are final and binding. No right of appeal or claim for compensation arises from any rejection, removal, or suspension decision made by My Qigong under this clause.

5. Teacher Profiles & Third-Party Content

Teachers listed on the App are independent practitioners. My Qigong does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, methods, or outcomes of any teacher. The appearance of a teacher profile on the platform does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement by My Qigong. We are not responsible for any interactions, agreements, or outcomes between users and teachers facilitated through the App.

6. Third-Party Workshops, Events & Teacher Services

All workshops, events, and teaching services listed or promoted on My Qigong are organised and delivered exclusively by independent third-party teachers and practitioners. My Qigong acts solely as a platform to connect users with these independent providers and does not organise, supervise, endorse, or take any responsibility for:

• The quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of any workshop, event, or teaching service offered;
• Any injury, loss, harm, or dissatisfaction arising from attending or participating in any such workshop, event, or session;
• The conduct, qualifications, representations, or actions of any teacher or event organiser;
• Any financial transactions, agreements, or disputes between users and third-party teachers or organisers.

By using the App to discover or engage with teachers, workshops, or events, you acknowledge that My Qigong bears no liability whatsoever in connection with these third-party services, and that any participation is entirely at your own risk.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully. You must not post false, misleading, or harmful content. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by My Qigong — including text, audio, video, and design — is the property of My Qigong or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the App's features. Your personal data (other than your first name and country, which may appear in group or community contexts) is not made public. We do not sell your data to third parties.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties, and if unresolved, shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
